If safety education is to be introduced in schools, why can't SEX EDUCATION too...? Is 'sex' a taboo to talk about among teenagers in classrooms? ...so, who should we blame if there are cases of abortion among school kids...? Teachers..?..parents..?..the system..? or...the kids themselves..? But, why?
